He was the life partner of Paulette St. Jacques for 32 years. Born in Pignataro Maggiore, Italy, he was a son of the late Antonio and Margherita (Natale) Feroce.
Vinny immigrated to this Country in 1962 at the age of 15. He soon became a licensed Barber and established Vinny’s Barber Shop in 1971. Vinny was proud of his Italian Heritage, however, he loved America. Through hard work, he was always able to provide for his family. “Vinny the Barber” offered a service to the community and so much more.
He was the father of Lisa N. Feroce of East Bridgewater, MA, and Lorna L. Colucci and her husband Darin of Duxbury, MA. He was the brother of Marta Fusco of Italy, and the late Antonio Feroce, Luigi Feroce, Rosa Trudeau, and Angela Scialdone. Vinny is also survived by his grandson Jackson, and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 10 am from the Iannotti Funeral Home at Maple Root, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd. (Rte.3) Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in Saints John & Paul Church.
Entombment will be in the Saints Peter & Paul Mausoleum at Saint Ann Cemetery in Cranston.
Visiting hours are Thursday 4 pm – 7 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Bay Cove, 27 Pat Ree Drive, East Taunton, MA 02718 would be appreciated.

Upon discharge from the military in 1955, Robert A. Iannotti Sr. took advantage of the GI Bill and attended the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences. In 1958, he, his mother and brothers established the Robert A. Iannotti Funeral Home, with him as director. In 1961, he also opened Reliable Realty Company to sustain his family while the funeral home was being established. In 1977, Robert bought his brother’s interest in the funeral home, and in the early 1980s his two sons, Robert Jr. and Thomas Iannotti, both entered into their father’s business.
Throughout the next several decades, Iannotti Funeral Home has grown to be the largest funeral home in the community, serving all families with respect and dignity. Registered funeral director James Morel joined the funeral home in 2005, bringing with him years of professional expertise and compassion. In 2009, Robert Jr. became president and owner of the funeral home, with his wife, Kim D. Iannotti, and his son, Robert III. Robert III became a third-generation funeral director when he earned his license in 2012.
