A BEAUTY salon in Weymouth could be converted into a home.
The owners of Embrace Hair and Beauty at number 9 Spa Road have submitted a request to Dorset Council for change of use permission.
If approved, the beauty salon – which according to the proposal is currently occupied – will be converted into to a three-bedroomed house.
There is currently a parking space for one car at the property, which would remain in place.
The applicant has stated that the plans incorporate areas to store and aid the collection of waste by providing space for bins in the garden.
Public comments can be made on the application until October 27 via Dorset Council’s website at planning.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk using the reference number P/COU/2021/03749
