Q: Total Skin & Beauty is opening a new location to meet Birmingham’s skincare needs. Where will the new Total on 1st Advanced Clinical Spa be located?
A: “The new clinical spa sits in the heart of the Central Business District of downtown Birmingham. The space will occupy the first floor of the Woodward Building, located on the corner of 20th Street and First Avenue North. The Woodward Building, across the street from the Elyton Hotel and adjacent to the John Hand Building, is just 1.5 miles and 6 minutes away from Total Skin & Beauty Dermatology’s main office at Ash Place in Five Points South,” says Ginny Boothe, director of Total on 1st Aesthetic Services.

A: “We believe the concept of an advanced clinical spa will be a wonderful amenity to the downtown workforce and its residents. It will also provide support to numerous hotels and other businesses within the metropolitan area. Additionally, Total on 1st will attract people from the suburbs to experience and explore the rich history of the downtown area that is undergoing a boost of innovation and development,” says Jennifer Cork, CMPE, CEO of Total Skin & Beauty.
