Rigoberto “Rigo” Guillermo Landa, 87, former owner of Georgetown Hairstyling, the century-old barber shop at 1329 35th St., NW, died Sept. 7. Born in Matanzas, Cuba, Landa retired to South Florida seven years ago. He began working at the classic, old-school shop in 1968 and bought it from two brothers who owned and operated it for decades.
