The Raiders are signing running back Peyton Barber off the Washington Football Team practice squad, a source tells The Athletic.

The Raiders are in need of depth at the position after placing Jalen Richard on Injured Reserve on Thursday with a foot injury, leaving starter Josh Jacobs and backup Kenyan Drake as the only running backs on the roster.

Barber rushed for 258 yards and four touchdowns in his first year with Washington in 2020 after for seasons with the Buccaneers.
