Kate Beckinsale has left the building. This August, the British-born actress listed her Brentwood property for a hair under $4 million — just about $400,000 more than what she paid for it back in 2006.
From the listing photos (and her popular Instagram account), it seems the 48-year-old has already moved out of the 3,603-square-foot space, of course taking her trio of adorable pets with her. The sophisticated Cape Cod-style spread has an open floor plan, with natural light shining through rows of French doors.
Fittingly, Beckinsale kept the decor classic and airy during her tenure, outfitting the four-bed, five-bath dwelling with neutral-toned furnishings, fresh flowers and plenty of reading material to fill up the built-in bookshelves.
Though the landscaped grounds don’t include a pool, the outdoors still have a lot to offer: In addition to a spacious stone patio with a fireplace and charming gardens, there’s a hidden spa tub in the hillside above the house, accessed via a private bridge that extends from the master suite. Now that’s your own private oasis!

Get cozy in the living room, which boasts one of the home’s seven fireplaces.
For formal affairs, meals are served in the dining room — which features white wainscoting and taupe walls.
What’s the tea? Beckinsale’s mom and stepfather are frequent visitors to her California crib.
Glamour squad, assemble! The brunette beauty gets ready for events by her kitchen.
The chic master suite includes a bathroom and balcony access.
Gone to the dogs! The Jolt star shared a snap of her Pomeranian, Myf, tucked into the bed.
After an at-home workout sesh, Beckinsale can unwind in the luxe master bathroom, which has dual vanities, a spa tub and a glassed-in shower.
One of the guest bedrooms comes with a ladder that leads up to a small loft.
Thanks to several dining and seating areas, it’s easy to entertain alfresco.
