Mayor Wilfred Rosas and the Dunkirk Chamber of Commerce announce and congratulate Hello Gorgeous’ owner, Barbie Zmuda, on the unveiling of her new salon in the beauty service industry located on 515 Swan St. in the city of Dunkirk. An official ribbon cutting was held Oct. 15 to kick of the exciting grand opening of this new business to the local neighborhood. Hello Gorgeous offers many irresistible salon techniques and services that include: haircuts, hair coloring, hair extensions, Brazilian blowout treatment, dip powder nails, gel polish nails, acrylic nails, manicures, pedicures, full body waxing, makeup and more. The original salon location was situated in Fredonia, however business expanded with such vigor that a bigger space was needed in order to provide the public with all their hair and body maintenance needs. The city of Dunkirk is happy to have another small business that local residents can utilize on a by appointment-only basis.
