Greensboro police seek person of interest in Barber Park killing – Greensboro News & Record

GREENSBORO — Greensboro police have released a photo of a person of interest in a Greensboro homicide case.
The person of interest is being sought in connection to the shooting death of 27-year-old Isaac Cortez Lattimore of Greensboro.
Lattimore was shot and killed at Barber Park on Oct. 10, shortly after 5 p.m., according to police.

Police said Corinne Langone was driving a 2019 Nissan Sentra west in the 2000 block of Pleasant Ridge Road shortly before 3:25 p.m. on Oct. 22 when she ran off the road and hit 43-year-old Anthony Carter of Greensboro, who was on the shoulder of the road, police said. Carter later died at a local hospital.

Police ask anyone with information to call Greensboro/Guilford Crime Stoppers at 336-373-1000. 

Officers discovered the victim while responding to a call about a shooting in the area.

About 1:45 p.m., officers responded to a report of a robbery at M&F Bank, located at 100 S. Murrow Blvd., Suite 100. 

There was no information available about a suspect in the stabbing.

The death of a male 17-year-old is being investigated by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, the State Bureau of Investigation, Stokes County Sheriff’s Office and the Winston-Salem Police Department.

So far this year the police have made 148 arrests for gun crimes involving juveniles, which covers anyone under 18 years old. The pace is up 28% from five years ago.

Just after 7 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to the 1100 block of Wayside Street and found the body of Shawqueze Ingram with gunshot wounds, according to a news release.

The violent day began with a fatal shooting at 3 a.m. that left two dead and a third injured.
