Celebrate with the ‘Jewels’ of the Industry at the New Jersey Restaurant & Hospitality Association’s Sparkling Holiday Ball
Industry and Public Invited to Attend Fundraising Event
TRENTON, NJ (Nov. 18, 2021) – The New Jersey Restaurant and Hospitality Association (NJRHA) will host its inaugural black-tie holiday ball Monday, December 6, at The Merion in Cinnaminson. The industry and the public are invited to this spectacular, jewel-themed holiday celebration.
“Our industry has worked — and continues to work — with fierce dedication and grit throughout this pandemic,” said Dana Lancellotti, president and CEO of NJRHA. “They deserve the opportunity to kick back, put their dancing shoes on, and share a toast with colleagues, friends and industry partners.”
Guests will enjoy networking, cocktails and bountiful culinary displays, as well as a full course dinner and entertainment.
As a special treat during the cocktail hour, students from the prestigious New Jersey Restaurant Educational Foundation ProStart Program will serve special hors d’oeuvres that they have created just for the occasion. Also, NJRHA’s holiday ball will feature a fabulous silent auction with proceeds supporting New Jersey Restaurant Educational Foundation ProStart Program, which ignites the future workforce of the industry.
Major sponsors of the event include Sea Breeze, MacLean Agency, Citrin Cooperman, DoorDash, and PJW Restaurant Group. Sponsorship opportunities are still available.
Though not required, NJRHA recommends guests don festive, jewel-colored attire. The Merion is located at 301 US 9 in Cinnaminson. The event takes place 5 to 10:30 p.m., December 6. Advanced ticket purchase is necessary. For information on tickets and/or sponsorships, go to NJRHA.org or email Alisa@njrha.org.
