•Zachary Darrel Teytelbaum, 19, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with possession of cannabis with intent to sell. Bail was not set.
•Qiang Qian, 55, of Daytona Beach, was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with burglary of a conveyance and possession of burglary tools. Bail was set at $5,000.
•Malcolm A.
