On Wednesday November 10th 2021, the Harrisburg Police arrested Damien Barber for his involvement in the October 25th 2021 death of Jamie Bey in the 1300 block of Susquehanna St, in midtown Harrisburg. Barber has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence, and related firearms offenses.
